To wash or not to wash…..
That is the question.
Clients ask me all the time, “Should I wash my hair everyday?”
Well, as an avid fitness lover, I work up a sweat daily, and must confess I do not wash my hair everyday. In fact I lather my tresses about every 3 days. Now some of my clients could never go a day without washing their hair. They need that “clean feeling”. Which is really just your hair stripped of it natural oils. Let me ask you this… How dry is your hair? Does it knot up easily? Do you have a dry or itchy scalp? Or is your hair excessively oily?
