30 Miles in 30 Days

Do you want to start exercising but don’t know where to start? You don’t have to have any fancy equipment or a complex workout plan to get active.

One of the simplest ways to start exercising is to start walking!

There are so many benefits of walking. It is low impact so it won’t cause joint pain, it burns a ton of calories, and you can do it with no equipment, training, or gym. Walking takes the guesswork out of exercise.

Start exercising this month with the 30 miles in 30 days challenge. You can walk or run, whichever you choose. Commit to 30 miles over the next 30 days. It’s the perfect way to kick off your fitness journey!

During the course of the month there are many ways to track your miles using technology. You can use a fitness tracker like the Fitbit or Jawbone to track your steps and distance.

There are also tons of pedometer apps available for free that you can download to your smartphone to track your miles. Take your smartphone with you and start walking (or running)!
