TR: I became a personal trainer when I was 18 years old. I loved the idea of helping people transform their bodies by working out. I have always liked making people look and feel beautiful and strong.
FG: Let’s talk nutrition! Do you have any suggestions for our readers?
TR: I don’t believe in dieting, but I do believe in making choices that support your goals. I am a naturalist when it comes to food. I believe in eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and drinking mainly water. Packaged and processed foods are not good for you.Your body does not recognize food that is loaded with chemicals and preservatives. Even if I eat some “treats” on my free days, I want them to me homemade, not from a bag or a can.
FG: What are you favorite healthy beverages and why?
TR: I drink water with lemon or cucumber mint water. I just cut the fruit or herbs up and let it get infused into the water. Very refreshing.
FG: What are your recommendations to people who are trying to remain
FG: What would you do if you had only 30 minutes to exercise?
TR: I always say you need the 3 C’s to get to the 3 F’s. Constant and consistent commitment will make you Fit, Fierce and Fabulous. Another great tip is to stop negative self talk, spend your energy on things that build you up instead of tear you down.
FG: How can our readers get connected with you? Do you have a DVD? Are you
working on any particular projects?
