Q & A with Tiffany Rothe

FG: When and why did you become a personal trainer?

TR: I became a personal trainer when I was 18 years old. I loved the idea of helping people transform their bodies by working out. I have always liked making people look and feel beautiful and strong.

FG: Let’s talk nutrition! Do you have any suggestions for our readers?

TR: I don’t believe in dieting, but I do believe in making choices that support your goals. I am a naturalist when it comes to food. I believe in eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and drinking mainly water. Packaged and processed foods are not good for you.Your body does not recognize food that is loaded with chemicals and preservatives. Even if I eat some “treats” on my free days, I want them to me homemade, not from a bag or a can.

FG: What are you favorite healthy beverages and why?

TR: I drink water with lemon or cucumber mint water. I just cut the fruit or herbs up and let it get infused into the water. Very refreshing.

FG: What are your recommendations to people who are trying to remain
consistency with their workouts?
TR: Don’t ever let yourself skip more than 3 days in a row. You should have an automatic clock in your head that says you MUST workout if it has been longer than 3 days. Working out must be a habit, something you do all the time. Oftentimes when you stop exercising you stop eating healthy as well. This has a lot to do with whether or not you are in the zone of self care. Working out helps you to stay in that zone.

FG: What would you do if you had only 30 minutes to exercise?
TR: I would do Tiffany Rothe Workouts of Course. I would do the 10 minute booty shaking Towel workout. 100 Rocket Squats. Chiseled Chair Challenge, Ballerina Legs and Lean and Lovely Lower abs part 2. That would be about 30 minutes.

FG: Do you have any additional tips or advice, anything you would like to
share that we  didn’t cover?

TR:  I always say you need the 3 C’s to get to the 3 F’s. Constant and consistent commitment will make you Fit, Fierce and Fabulous. Another great tip is to stop negative self talk, spend your energy on things that build you up instead of tear you down.

FG: How can our readers get connected with you? Do you have a DVD? Are you
working on any particular projects?

TR: people that have the closest access to me are my INNER CIRCLE Members. I have an online “gym” that is dedicated to helping women get in the best shape of their lives and stay there. I do not focus on the quick fix, I want my students to have lasting results. Those who join my INNER CIRCLE get all of my best tips, motivation, workouts and insight on how to lose weight and stay in shape.
