Smoothie bowls are here to stay! Move over, cereal, here comes something heartier! Smoothie bowls make a great healthy meal option. Swap your coffee and bagel for one of these vitamin-rich blended breakfasts.
Matcha Bowl
Blend 1 1/2 cups frozen sliced peaches, 3/4 cup unsweetened hemp milk, 2 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tsp matcha (green tea powder) and 1 tsp honey until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a bowl and top with your choice of fresh berries, bananas, chia or pomegranate seeds, and coconuts.
Strawberry and Cream Bowl
Blend the 5 strawberries, yogurt, 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup, and 1/4 Tbsp. vanilla until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with your choice of granola, cornflakes, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and a drizzle of yogurt.
Avocado and Kale Bowl
Blend 1 cup of kale leaves, 1 cup of almond milk, ½ of the banana, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 ice, and 1 tablespoon of the agave until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with your choice of kiwi, raspberries, banana, chia seeds, and a drizzle of agave.
