Looking for super September fitness challenges? Look no further! We have two great challenges to kick start the final stretch of your year. The 30 Miles in 30 Days Challenge  by FG’s contributing writer, Lindsey Banks, is an ideal way to nail 30 miles in 30 days. You have the option to walk or run, whichever you choose. You simply have to commit to 30 miles over the next 30 days.
