Did you know Apple Cinnamon Water is good for you and taste yummy, too?

I had the opportunity to try apple cinnamon water for the first time almost a year ago. And, surprisingly, I liked it. That was before I found out about the great benefits of drinking it. So, I thought FG readers might find it interesting as well. If you haven’t tried it, and you just so happen to like the taste of apples, then there’s a good chance you’ll enjoy it just as much as I do.

Apple Cinnamon Water

RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 Apple thinly sliced, Fuji or any apple of your choice
Cinnamon Stick

 

DIRECTIONS:
Drop apple slices in the bottom of the pitcher (save a few to drop in your glass later) and then the cinnamon stick, cover with ice about 1/2 way through then with water. Place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
LASTS FOR 24 HOURS IN THE FRIDGE.
