This is not your traditional form of Pilates, but rather a high-intensity, calorie burning, sweat-inducing workout that combines the basic philosophies of Pilates with a modern attitude. At Pure Pilates Austin, we combine low impact cardio intervals with weight training on our state-of-the-art Megaformer M3 machines to teach the Lagree MethodTM of fitness. The New York Times and Women’s Health, amongst others, have termed it “Pilates on crack”.

I have been training and teaching group fitness for 2 years now and have found my passion. I am a mother of four beautiful children and a grandma to the most beautiful granddaughter! My husband is also a personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness. I received my degree in American Sign Language and am trilingual. I do what I do to keep my family and other families healthy.
I am a personal trainer at Golds Gym Austin South and a group fitness instructor at Lifetime Fitness south Austin. I teach Barre, core strengthening, Barbell Strength classes, Hydro and many more. I will continue to do what I do best, to train amazing people and to teach on stage to helping create amazing results!!! Let’s make it happen.

A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more. Camp Gladiator is designed to increase your functional strength, speed, stamina and, most importantly, to deliver results. Bring a mat, lighter dumbbells, and water to drink!
