I graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Kinesiology and have 15 years of experience in personal training. After dealing with my own weight loss goals (from 3 babies!), and battling an autoimmune disorder, I have a passion for helping women, especially mothers embrace their journey and embark on fitness and wellness journeys. My mantra is “Embrace Your Journey”, because embracing where you’re at while working towards your goals is extremely important in all health and wellness journeys. My fiancé and I have a business helping families bring safer products into their households and ditch the products that negatively affect the health of families.
