To wash or not to wash….. 
That is the question. 

 
Clients ask me all the time, “Should I wash my hair everyday?”
Well, as an avid fitness lover, I work up a sweat daily, and must confess I do not wash my hair everyday. In fact I lather my tresses about every 3 days. Now some of my clients could never go a day without washing their hair. They need that “clean feeling”. Which is really just your hair stripped of it natural oils. Let me ask you this… How dry is your hair? Does it knot up easily? Do you have a dry or itchy scalp? Or is your hair excessively oily? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions you are a victim of over washing your hair. So for those of you who have fallen victim I have a solution.
Cleansing Conditioner!
Cleansing conditioners offer a gentle cleansing while providing extra nourishment and condition to the hair.  These are products usually free from irritating and harmful ingredients like sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) found in traditional shampoos.
The benefits of no shampoo; Cleansing Conditioners don’t remove all the natural oils from your hair. This allows you to achieve clean hair without feeling stripped. Many people who switch to cleansing conditioners see a significant difference in the health of their hair. Differences like less frizz, stronger hair and hair retains more moisture than it did using traditional shampoo products.
