Each week Fitness Galore will feature a new fitness challenge.  You can choose to do every single challenge or you can pick and choose which ones are best for you. We also welcome you to share your challenge pictures to be included on our blog! 

This week’s challenge:  WALKING CHALLENGE- Can you walk 30,000
 Steps in a Week?

Research shows that 10,000 is the number of steps you need to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Choose 3 days this week to try to walk 10,000 steps each day.
All you need is a pedometer and you’re on your way.  Mark yourself as the winner of this fitness challenge if you achieve this goal.  Be sure to tag your fitness challenge pics on Instagram #fitnessgalore or email pics to fitnesschallenge@fitnessgalore.net
