I’ve had the pleasure of trying the majority of these recipes and I must say they tasted scrumptious. I hope you find them just as yummy. Please share your feedback.

Great energy smoothie! Includes tofu which is packed with protein. Dark cherries add the perfect touch of sweetness and flavor. Cherries are also super source for antioxidants and aid in muscle recovery after workout.

This recipe is awesome for grapefruit lovers. It has the perfect bitter/sweet combination.Grapefruits are an excellent source of vitamin C. Pink grapefruits are a good source of vitamin A(as beta-carotene). Grapefruits are water-rich which helps facilitate cleansing and detox.
