How did you do with last week’s fitness challenge? I’m sure you did great. I don’t know about you, but I found it kind of fun and interesting tracking steps. I hadn’t paid much attention to that in the past. It’s nice knowing I’m burning calories and staying fit even when I’m not aware or making a conscious effort to do so. This week we’re going to crank it up a bit. Summer is on it’s way and we know many of us our trying to be fit and fabulous for summer. Check out our new challenge below.
