The next thing I would like to quickly review was the set up and installation by the Peloton team. They called me ahead of time to let me know they would be arriving earlier than expected which I was totally fine with. They had on masks, gloves, and shoe coverings and my family and I were expected to wear our masks while they were in the house. They helped me to set up the bike, answered all of my questions, and were very nice and knowledgeable, which I appreciated. I would rate their set up and customer service a 10 out of 10 because it was quick and easy. One of my pedals broke off and Peloton came and fixed it, however, my only complaint is that it took around 2 weeks for them to come out to fix it which meant I was not able to use the bike (for cycling) while I was waiting. It would be nicer if they could come out right away.
