Now let’s talk about the physical bike. It is sleek, pretty, strong and sturdy, and takes up the same amount of space as any other indoor bike would (4X2). The Peloton also adjusts to accommodate riders that are 4’11” to 6’5″ at a max of 300 pounds. The flywheel feels extremely smooth and quiet, and the resistance is sensitive so that you can adjust the knob by one point at a time. Personally, I felt the seat was super uncomfortable so I purchased a gel set cover off of amazon for like $20. I believe that people who are experienced bikers wouldn’t be bothered by the hardness of the seat but I haven’t been on a bike in a long time so my booty was sore for like a week, so be warned if you lack some junk in the trunk like I do. The handle bars are awesome because you can hold on from many different angles, which I really appreciate. You can also connect your Bluetooth headphones or heart rate monitor to the bike as well but the speakers in and of themselves are great and get pretty loud if that’s your jam.
