Nike Training Club is waiving their $14.99 a month fee for its premium service indefinitely. If you download the app , you can access more than 185 free workouts (yoga, cardio and more) which last from 15 to 45 minutes, as well as targeted running training programs, nutrition and wellness guidance.

Gold’s Gym is offering free in-app and on-demand workouts. They’ll help you keep your fitness routine strong while you join in with  Personal Trainers from around the world. Not a member? No problem! You can still access their digital fitness options anywhere you are.

SoulCycle instructors are offering free workouts off the bike via their social media accounts, including dance and body weight movement classes.Check out the list here.

Orangetheory offers free weekly classes on IGTV.

Planet Fitness is offering free 20-minute at-home workouts — which it’s calling “Home Work-Ins” — on its company Facebook page. They are offering free classes to members and nonmembers, too!

Barry’s Bootcamp will help you work up a sweat with free, 20-minute versions of Barry’s Bootcamp’s signature cardio and strength-training classes on Instagram. The studio is posting three workouts a day, which is announced the day before through Instagram Stories under the @barrys handle. Don’t forget to sync your calendar.

CorePower Yoga, one of the country’s largest yoga studio chain is offering everyone free access to a collection of online classes while its 200 locations are closed. (In-person classes generally cost $26 apiece.) Additionally, CorePower Yoga On Demand will be posting new classes online each week, including meditation sessions to beat stress.

305 Fitness is providing free daily cardio routines and movement classes on the 305 Fitness YouTube page weekly at 6 p.m. ET. They also continually update their list of upcoming digital events here.

Peloton is widely known for its ever-so- popular spin classes. They also offer thousands of strength, yoga, stretching, boot camp and cardio workouts on its app, as well as meditation exercises and outdoor running coaching, which don’t require any expensive equipment. Peloton has extended its 30-day free trial period to 90 days, which you can sign up for through April 30. After that, you’ll pay $12.99 a month.
