Move over peanut butter, here comes something yummier! Almond, pistachio and macadamia butter are just a few of the new spreads that are topping charts and toast across the country. Macadamia Butter 

Macadamia nuts are considered the world’s finest nuts. Their soft buttery flavor taste unmistakably good. They are a rich source of iron, thiamin, riboflavin and vitamin A.  They also contain antioxidants like polyphenols amino acids, flavones and selenium.

Pistachio Butter

Pistachios have been known to reduce LDL cholesterol. They are high in antioxidants vitamins A and E which aid in protecting blood vessels and reducing heart disease. They’re also rich in vitamin B6 which positively impacts the nervous system by insulating nerve fibers that allow optimal messaging between nerves and also improve the immune system.  Experts say they’re great for healthy skin too!

Almond Butter

Almonds make a great pal to low-carb seekers. They are loaded with nutrients and small amount of carbs. Almonds are terrific grounded into meal or flour. They are a super source of vitamin E and manganese. Additionally, they have large amounts of phytonutrients and flavanoids which are heart-healthy and great antioxidants.
